My love for painting started early in childhood. I remember the excitement I felt painting a red cyclamen with my dear crayons at the studio of an artist.  However, I did not pursue the path in depth though it remained as my hobby when time allowed.

Over a half century later and having reached my retirement point, I was ready to paint again.  I became one of the students of Betsy Jacaruso in summer of 2013 at her gallery.  Under her great and compassionate guidance together with the encouragements from fellow classmates, many of whom are already accomplished artist themselves, I am enjoying my journey with water color.
