After moving from Queens N.Y.with his wife Dale and family,Otto has resided in Poughquag,N.Y.for almost 40 years.He is retired from EXXON/Mobil as an architectural draftsman and from his construction business of over 20 years.

Although he periodically throughout the years has painted and drawn with charcoals and other media, he has just started to seriously paint watercolors in 2005. Currently he is studying with Betsy Jacaruso at the Chocolate Factory in Red Hook.
