Dale Bernstein first began to study art in 1980. She took classes in drawing and painting at Parsons School of Art and Design in NYC and the Woodstock School of Art. After a long hiatus during which she was focusing on family and her career in mental health, she returned to art. She has been studying watercolor at the Betsy Jacaruso studio since 2001, and currently lives half time between Rhinebeck and NYC.
